A highly regarded luxury travel brand are looking for an Online Marketing Manager.  Widely recognised as an innovative industry leader the Online Marketing Manager will be responsible for the delivery marketing objectives, using the full range of online marketing techniques. You will increase customer acquisition and retention providing excellent ROI to help drive online sales across a spectrum of luxury brands.

 

As the Online Marketing Manager you will

 

  • Manage all websites across the EU territory
  • Work with agencies to manage booking engines, and to improve the customer journey and online booking conversion
  • Assist in the on-going development and launch of new websites
  • Coordinate PPC & SEO activity for your territory
  • Management of affiliate programme and agency
  • Write, plan, create and deliver all email marketing
  • Identify, evaluate and manage new advertising channels - as well exploiting new opportunities with existing partners
  • Create and supply all online consumer advertising, including banners and advertorial pieces
  • Own all analytics for all websites and report on them
  • Check all copy that is produced in-house and by third party operators, to ensure information is accurate and in line with the brand guidelines.
  • Work with tourist boards and other industry bodies on all opportunities including advertising, emails, promotions
  • Deliver tour operator marketing plans specifically for leading travel trade partners

 

The successful Online Marketing Manager will be a strong communicator who works well under pressure and has the ability to project manage and multi task.  You will be analytical and numerical with a good eye for detail, structured with the ability to prioritise activity around conflicting deadlines and highly organised.  You will be confident  to help build strong relationships and have a hands-on approach to driving change. As an Online Marketing Manager you will have 2-5 years’ experience in online marketing practices in the travel industry, with good knowledge of the latest trends and best practice, and people management experience.  You will have strong experience with web analytics solutions (e.g. Google Analytics, Webtrends etc).  This is an excellent opportunity to work for one of the most prestigious and glamorous names in the travel industry in a key role.
