Online Marketing Manager – London - Up to £38,000

 

Our client is an award-winning luxury hotels brand that are looking for an Online Marketing Manager to be responsible for building and executing the online marketing strategy within the UK Market. The Online Marketing Manager role is key to increasing customer acquisition and retention, whilst providing an excellent ROI to help drive online conversion. The ideal candidate must have experience in managing a small team along with a strong knowledge and a passion for online marketing!

 

The key responsibilities for the Online Marketing Manager position are:

·         Ownership of the online channel and online marketing budget for the UK and European markets

·         Planning, development and implementation of the online marketing strategy

·         Manage relationship with UK & US based Media agencies

·         Develop and implement SEO strategy

·         Manage three direct reports

·         Manage and oversee email marketing programme

·         Develop and implement the social and content strategy

·         Monitor performance of campaigns and assist with analytics for all websites, reporting on them as required

·         Ownership of the booking engines, working with our technology partner to ensure best practise and refinement to maximise online conversion

 

The key skills required for Online Marketing Manager position are:

·         Ideally 3 - 4 years’ experience in a digital marketing position within a B2C environment

·         Ideally 2 years previous management experience

·         Strong experience in online platforms, such as; Web Analytics, Google Analytics, DoubleClick Studio, Google Ad Words and Search Monitoring Tools

·         Confidence to build strong relationships and have a hands-on approach to driving change

·         Ability to work well under pressure and to project manage and multi task

·         Degree in relevant field in desirable but not essential

·         Any experience in Web/Social Analytics

·         Highly organised with the ability to project manage, multi task and prioritise

·         Confident, driven and dynamic leader
