Online Support and Implementation - Business Travel Sector, London, £40k - £45k

Our client, a Business Travel Management agency based in Central London is rapidly expanding - they have tripled in size over the past three years and now there building on this amazing growth by recruiting an Online Booking Tool Specialist to help support a rapidly expanding client base.

This is a great opportunity for someone who already has experience supporting online booking tools and would now like to make a move into higher-level support, training and implementation. If this is you, you'll also have a good understanding of the end-to-end travel management business process.

The responsibilities of the Online Support / Implementation Consultant are as follows:

  • Working in Business Travel you will project manage the implementation of online booking tools for new and existing clients
  • Provide client, agent and staff training where necessary
  • Provide first and second-line support for online booking tools
  • Escalate and manage third-line support with suppliers
  • Collate details of any errors and forward to the relevant departments for resolution
  • Track progress on queries whilst keeping everyone fully informed
  • Test new client configuration/booking tools
  • Ensure all documentation for online booking tools and implementations are updated and distributed where applicable.

The skills and experience required for the Online Support and Implementation are as follows:

  • Support and/or implementation experience any or all of the following online tools: Concur, Evolvi, Trainline, Conferma and SABS
  • Good knowledge of Galileo, although training can be provided
  • Good understanding of business travel
  • The ability to systematically analyse errors and suggest solutions
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, in particular Excel (formulas, pivot tables etc.)

You'll also be an organised, methodical kind of person who likes to share information and knowledge with the small team you'll be working alongside.

In return for your hard work, you’ll be offered a salary of up to £40k - £45k per year, plus additional company benefits.
