Online Support Specialist - London - Salary Up To £28k

We are currently recruiting for an Online Support Specialist to join our client, an award winning global business travel management provider, to provide 1st Line support for their online booking systems.

The responsibilities of the Online Support Specialist - Business Travel include:

  • Provide 1st line support for Online Booking Tools
  • Collate details of errors and forward to the relevant departments
  • Monitor queries and keep internal clients and other stakeholders informed of progress
  • Keep up to date with new product releases
  • Testing new client configuration/booking tools
  • Ensure that all documentation relating to the Online Booking tools and implementations are kept current

The experience required for the Online Support Specialist - Business Travel role includes:

  • First line or navigational support experience some or all of the following Online tools (Concur, Cytric, Evolvi, Trainline, Conferma)
  • Good understanding of the Business Travel industry
  • Ability to systematically analyse errors and find / suggest solutions
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, in particular Excel (formulas, pivot tables, etc)
  • Excellent customer service skills
