Online Travel Sales Consultant - London upto £20k plus comm
Working for this leading long-haul tailor-made specialist as a online travel sales consultant you will be a results driven team player delivering excellent customer service to a range of customers on a daily basis.
• Answer inbound calls from our customers efficiently and effectively providing first class customer service
• Deal with booking or system issues relating to the GDS and Galileo system
• Deal with booking system issues as neccessary
• Offer expertise, advice and knowledge to our customers
• Offer expertise, advice and knowledge to our customers about destinations, airlines, ground arrangements, tours etc and up sell where appropriate
• Ensure that impeccable customer service is delivered on all calls
• Remain flexible to the business needs, including multi-tasking within the support area.
• Be available to offer assistance and advice to colleagues.
• Complete any other relevant task, project or responsibility as directed by the business regarding the Online product
• Ensure all information is completed accurately.
