Operations Administration Manager Maternity Cover
We have an exciting opportunity for a travel industry professional to join our Company as an Operations Administration Manager maternity cover for 12 months. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the Operations Administration department which looks after six of The Travel Corporation’s successful guided vacation brands: Trafalgar, CostSaver, Insight Vacations, Luxury Gold, Grand European Travel and Brendan Vacations.
As Operations Administration Manager you will motivate and manage the team of 14 permanent and seasonal employees ensuring delivery of exceptional service to our Travel Directors, overseas offices, external suppliers and other departments within The Travel Corporation and ultimately play a key role in the delivery of once in a lifetime travel experience for our guests.
The successful candidate will have a background in operations and administration in the Travel Industry and team management experience with the ability to lead a team and meet deadlines. You will demonstrate strong attention to detail, be able to plan ahead and work on your own initiative, whilst always demonstrating excellent organisation, communication and interpersonal skills that help enhance the guest experience. Flexibility with working hours during busy periods is essential.
