Operations Administrator (Mon-Fri) An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and organised team player to join a multi-award winning travel company. Our client is a luxury tailor-made tour operator based in Central London. Due to growth, they have a vacancy for a Travel and Operations Administrator to support their small but busy team of Consultants who are both office and home based.
It is essential that you have at least 1 year experience working for a travel company and have an eye for detail, an excellent telephone manner, good written skills and can work with initiative and independently. Knowledge of Dolphin and Amadeus is highly desirable but not essential. Training will be given to the successful applicant.
Key responsibilities will include:
Managing incoming holiday enquiries and assisting with allocation of them
Running and managing departure and financial reports
Dealing with financial transactions
Managing travel document dispatch
Handling all concierge requests
Corresponding with clients and suppliers by email and telephone
Managing office systems and supplies
Any other day to day tasks relating to the support of the team and the efficient running of the business
Salary: The package is competitive and dependent upon experience.
Working hours: 9am-5.30pm, Monday to Friday.
