Role:Operations Director - HotelLocation: LiverpoolOperations Director required - high quality hotel We are recruiting for an experienced Operations Director for a high quality hotel in the Liverpool area. You will already be in an Operations Management role and you will have experience from a large branded hotel background with a key focus on F&B.Role:As Operations Director you will oversee all HOD's and ensure that long-term and short-term goals of the operations are met. You will direct and manage your departmental heads, and maximise revenue and guest satisfaction. This is a fantastic hotel with an excellent reputation, with quality F&B outlets and excellent conference and banqueting facilities.Key Responsibilities?To oversee, manage, challenge and motivate all HOD's?Inspect the hotel to ensure it is kept in the best condition and recommend any maintenance action?Oversee housekeeping and drive high standards?Have a key focus on guest satisfaction and drive this down to all HOD's?Ensure that Health & Safety is adhered to. ?Oversee all Food & Beverage Departments and ensure they operate efficiently, maximising revenues and minimising costs.?Challenge employees within departments to achieve the best service and standards?Controls and analyse departmental costs, taking action where required?Oversee Front Office activities ?Plans and co-ordinates in-house activities with Sales & Reservations Office Manager.?Participate in the production of the hotel business plan and budget in-conjunction with the relevant department heads?Responsible for co-ordinating in-house meetings under the direction of the General Manager.The ideal candidate will have:*Experience as an Operations Management role for a large hotel*Ideally be from a branded hotel management background*Have strong high quality F&B Management experience*Be a leader of people with the ability to motivate and inspire*Have a strong financial acumenIn order to ensure your enquiry with regards to this position is dealt with quickly, please send in an up-to-date copy of your Curriculum Vitae in a Word Document format.
