An Operations Executive is required by on the UK’s leading destination specialists offering a wide range of inspiring holiday programmes. As an Operations Executive you will undertake various supportive administration functions (including confirming travel arrangements, creating and dispatching customer documentation, general office services, customer service responses and ticketing). You will provide direct support to colleagues which will also mean handling customer service communications and provide a high level of specialised and personal service throughout the booking process.

The successful Operations Executive will have strong customer service, people and communication skills with an excellent eye for detail and be able to work in a dynamic environment working to pressurised deadlines. As Operations Executive you will have experience of working for a travel company in either Reservations, Customer Service or Operations, who is results orientated and has a ‘can-do’ attitude.
