An Operations Executive is required by a leading tour operator due to continued planned growth.  As Operations Executive you will be playing a key role in the development and delivery of client’s journey and tours to some of the world’s most exotic locations.

 

As Operations Executive you will be:

  • Responsible for all bookings from the end of the sales calls to the end of the holiday
  • Responsible for supplier communications to ensure all services were provided as booked
  • Working closely with other departments within the company; the product department, to understand and develop the complexity of packaged products and Aviation team, on flight related issues such as schedule changes and allocations
  • Ensuring safe operations of trips within set regions - helping in the co-ordination and management of any crisis situations
  • Participating in different shows and exhibitions and improving my understanding of target markets

The successful Operations Executive will have experience of working in an operations or support role for a travel company and be passionate about people, places and cultural.  As Operations Executive you will have excellent attention to detail, with the ability to work to deadlines, couple with strong people skills, be an excellent communicator and have a good sense of humour.
