Operations Executive, Romford, Salary to £24k
We are seeking experienced customer focussed operations executives for this expanding long haul operator based in Romford. They are looking for an experience travel professional from either a customer service, reservations or admin background with ideally knowledge of a GDS. The role is responsible for fielding and resolving any post booking enquiries and changes
They will pay up to £24k for this mainly Monday to Friday Role with occasional Saturdays.
Operations Executive Responsibilities:
Delivering first class, professional customer service
Resolve customer queries regarding products and services
To provide suitable solutions to problems
Dealing with queries from customers via telephone and
