A beautiful Hotel and destination resort in Hampshire is seeking an energetic and customer service focused Operations Manager. To help drive our ambitious plans, we are looking for this person to assist the New General Manager to help take the business forward.The role will oversee multiple departments such as, food and beverage and spa and leisure facilities. This role will be instrumental in supporting the General Manager in driving the Hotel revenue and managing the costs and controls with proactive finance management, planning and strategically assisting in directing sales, and taking a lead on running the hotel in the absence of the General Manager.You must have previous hotel management experience, ideally with knowledge of spa treatments the running of leisure facilities and rooms. Strong food and beverage experience is essential.As our perfect candidate, you will be a great communicator and will have the ability to develop strong relationships with your team and your guests. You will also have a can-do attitude and a passion to drive standards. As an experienced Operations Manager, you will have the ability to contribute to the commercial performance of the hotel, whilst being a great coach for our hotel team, complimented by demonstrable communications and interpersonal skills.In addition, you will have a passion for delivering unique customer experiences and will have the confidence and ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships.An exciting and prestigious hotel-that offers so much more!
