Our client is looking to recruit a committed, enthusiastic and ambitious Operations Manager for a high end bakery concept based London - Belgravia.

This role would suit an experienced Operations Manager or the Area Manager, with a strong knowledge of hospitality and the F&B aspect of the business. If you are a commercially astute manager who has a passion for managing large multifaceted operations including, catering (retail) and dining then this is the opportunity for you.

The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of managing large operations (preferably with multisite experience) and driving the business forward to the next level of commercial success. You will need to have passion and enthusiasm as well as the ability to manage a large team.

An excellent salary package of 50,000 per annum is available for the right person.

. Excellent communicator with the ability to influence up and down the chain
