Operations Manager/Office Manager - Growth Business Our client takes the hassle and bureaucracy out of travelling to anywhere on the planet. For business travellers and tourists they make getting travel visas easy. A small company growing fast so for the right candidate there are excellent opportunities for advancement. They have offices in Bristol, London, Sydney, Wellington and Washington. This role is London based although travel may be needed on occasion. Operations Manager/Office Manager - Role As Operations Manager you will be responsible for overseeing operations: managing team work-flow and responsibilities, co-ordinating couriers, day to day office management, recruiting to the team when required, financial administration: cash flow management, cash handling, operational expense management of receipts and expenditure, answering queries regarding invoices, customer service: answering agent emails and phone calls, dealing with complex enquiries, liaising with clients and customers, administration of customer orders and website maintenance: flagging issues to the web team, ensuring information on the site is up to date, updating prices and info when required. This role will be a driving force in pushing forward our small team as they grow. Operations Manager/Office Manager - Role Successful candidates will have excellent time management skills, you'll be able to prioritise tasks under considerable pressure and set team objectives working autonomously to ensure deadlines are hit and customers and clients needs are met in a timely manner. The job requires you to juggle lots of tasks whilst paying attention to every detail. It requires a person who is happy to work independently as well as leading up a team. Experience working in small teams or businesses is preferred. You'll gain a lot of experience fast so you need to have an appreciation of what visa's are and preferably have travelled extensively yourself. Successful candidates will have excellent time management skills, you'll be able to prioritise tasks under considerable pressure and set team objectives working autonomously to ensure deadlines are hit and customers and clients needs are met in a timely manner. The job requires you to juggle lots of tasks whilst paying attention to every detail. It requires a person who is happy to work independently as well as leading up a team. Experience working in small teams or businesses is preferred. You'll have excellent written and verbal communications skills. Experience in a customer facing role and good I.T. skills are essential.
