An Operations & Product Administrator is required by successful award winning travel tour operator to assist in the day-to-day running of UK operations department ensuring overseas operations activities are completed accurately, whilst working closely with other company departments to ensure all sales and customer service opportunities are maximised.  As Operations & Product Administrator you will develop and maintain high standards of accuracy and efficiency by being responsible for keeping this travel company’s reservations and back office systems up to date for a fun vibrant company.

As Operations & Product Administrator you will be:

  • Responsible for the production and updating of travel product pricing spread sheets with precise attention to detail and within agreed deadlines
  • Responsible for accurately and efficiently updating all accommodation product pricing in the reservation system within agreed deadlines
  • Monitoring and updating discounts & promotions validity in the reservation system
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of manifests, airport arrival and departure transfer lists, flight manifests and other supplier lists for all products
  • Production and monitoring of weekly operations reports
  • Responsible for the booking and administration of ancillary products
  • Oversee the electronic distribution of client invoices and itineraries
  • Prepare, check and dispatch all client pre departure documentation
  • Loading of all product, inventory and stock on the reservation system
  • Read and understand Crisis Manual and be aware of your role in the event of a crisis

 

The successful Operations & Product Administrator will have excellent attention to detail is of utmost importance so you will require very high levels of accuracy and be able to work to strict deadlines, and be able to organise your workload and prioritise efficiently to achieve desired objectives.  The successful Operations & Product Administrator will have a positive and friendly attitude and you will have the ability to work unsupervised and under pressure when required.  Experience of data management is a bonus.
