Operations - Quality Control Assistant.   Our highly successful and established client is offering you the opportunity to work for a dynamic organisation as a Quality Control Assistant in their busy Operations team. Established for over 36 years, our client pride themselves on offering the best services to independent travel agents throughout the UK who need their product expertise to help them create high quality tailor made travel arrangements for their customers travelling to USA, Canada, Mexico and the Caribbean.
  
Operations - Quality Control Assistant Role:

  • To check all bookings made by the sales teams and ensure they have been booked correctly 
  • To plan and organise daily workload to be actioned in priority order and liaise with Quality Control Co-ordinator to advise of errors

Candidate Requirements:

  • Worked in the travel industry for at least 1 year in an operations role for a retail travel agency, tour operator or airline 
  • Able to work under pressure with good verbal and written communication
  • Able to multitask including the ability to manage a busy mailbox 
  • Work well in a team with excellent attention to detail
  • Good organisational skills and able to prioritise workload 
  • Possessing excellent IT skills including Word and Excel experience 

Hours of Work:

  • This is an office based role working 40 hours per week
  • Monday – Saturday 9am - 5.30pm
  • 5 day week, day off in lieu in the week when working at the weekend
