Overseas General Manager - A fantastic opportunity to join a highly reputable, growing tour operator based in the North of England; responsible for leading the overseas operations and product delivery to approximately 75,000 customers through a team of 150 reps and resort/regional managers.
Overseas General Manager Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the strategic planning, forecasting and delivery of your own resources in order to achieve operational flexibility, efficiency and effectiveness. You will seek to continuously improve company processes, maintain quality systems for people and suppliers, be part of the emergency response team for any major incidents and maximising customer facing time/availability of reps in hotels.
You will be responsible for leading a team that consistently strives to exceed expectations, ensuring KPI's are set, performance is managed and effective succession is in place. You will also work closely with the marketing team to ensure company presence is maximised in resort to increase awareness with brits abroad.

A competitive basic salary dependant on experience (to be discussed on application) plus £4,500 car allowance, bonus up to 20% of salary, 25 days holiday (+bank holidays), pension and more.
