PA - Events Sector, up to £30k, Kent

We are recruiting for a Personal Assistant (PA) to work with the MD of a company specialising in the events and travel sectors. This exciting company provides customers with access to some of the most prestigious sports and entertainment event properties around the world whilst providing seamless travel service solutions for groups and individual clients.

The responsibilities of the PA - Events Sector are as follows:

  • Provide an administrative support to the managing director
  • Arrange meetings, seminars, presentations and briefings
  • General office management
  • Be a point of contact for external agencies and clients

The skills required for the PA - Events Sector are:

  • At least 2 years’ experience working as a Personal Assistant
  • Have a ‘can do’ attitude
  • Able to multi task and work quickly
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Ideally have some travel and/or event industry experience
  • High interpersonal skills
  • Microsoft office skills essential

This is an excellent opportunity to move into the Events sector and build on existing PA skills.
