Partnership Development Executive, London, £30K

Our client who is a well known and established Corporate Travel Group are looking for a Partnership Development Executive. This is an amazing opportunity to join a fantastic company at a very exciting time. As Partnership Development Executive you would report to our highly skilled International Partnership Manager and work alongside five other really friendly professionals in the team.

The Duties of the Partnership Development Executive are;

  • Engage with UK members to promote all programmes, providing training to relevant staff through face-to-face meetings, via webinars and online training media
  • Analyse statistics to assess trends, establish opportunities and develop support of programmes
  • Provide suitable and engaged communications and associated material to support all programmes and programme-related events
  • Maintain existing and develop new relationships with independent hotels to support the Lifestyle programme and Travel Without Boundaries magazine
  • Grow the Local Experts (DMC) programme, working closely with existing and potential entrants to the programme, developing partnerships, maintaining regular communications and assessing feedback of services
  • Provide key support for all GDS and hotel booking platforms, both internally and to all Member Partners


Experience required of the Partnership Development Executive are;

  • Building relationships with suppliers
  • Presenting or providing training to groups either face to face / via webinars
  • Reporting and analysing MI data
  • Putting the customer at the heart of everything
  • Working in business travel/TMC
  • Meeting strict and tight deadlines on a regular basis
  • Using GDS
  • Hotel online booking tool


The Partnership Development Executive role would ideally suit an Lead Agent, Senior Business Travel Consultant or a Sales Executive with Operational Experience who is commercially aware and target driven.
