Partnership Manager

Our client is seeking a natural negotiator and someone who thrives in building supplier relationships, to help develop and negotiate a range of partnerships for their UK members.

These benefits will help to grow our client’s members base by being able to offer them unique benefit, offers, opportunities and experiences.

You will be responsible for ensuring a clear annual strategy of experiences and offers throughout the year by making use of the current supplier base by negotiating the best deals.

Responsibilities:  

·         Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing supplier

·         Creating new offers and experiences

·         Ensure offers and experiences are marketed accordingly to members

·         Work towards targets

·         Monitor the performance of offers and experiences to ensure they are relevant

·         Keeping an eye out for opportunities to grow

·         Attend supplier meetings and pitch the company as a business to help secure better deals and offers

Requirements:

·         Prior experience in negotiation, managing or coordinating partnerships

·         Be commercially driven and keen to develop your negotiation and sales skills

·         Be a natural communicator

·         Strong networking skills

·         Highly organised with a good attention to detail

·         Able to multitask

·         Be able to gather and use data to assist with driving business forward

·         Prior experience in supplier relationships, within the luxury, retail, hospitality or travel and tourism industry
