We have an exciting opportunity for a Partnership Manager to join our client who are a leading global provider, delivering products and value added services across four core capabilities: Loyalty, Lifestyle Benefits, Insurance and Assistance. The Partnership Manager’s primary role is to develop, source and manage relationships, incentives and the experience of their partners to help further secure their position as a market leader.

Responsibilities of the Partnership Manager:

  • Partner Management – source, prospect, negotiate and manage relevant partnerships to broaden the scope, size and value of the product
  • Commercial Negotiation – ensure optimum commercial terms and conditions for new partnerships as well as strengthening and leveraging the terms and scope of current relationships
  • Contract Management – ensure preferential contractual terms are in place to reflect the global scale of the business
  • Content Management - ensure the integrity and accuracy of partnership content and develop new efficiencies to manage and broaden scope of content to market
  • Reporting – collate, analyse and provide analytical insight into the performance of the partnership
  • Marketing - review partner signage, communications and other collateral to ensure marketing and brand positioning is prime

Skills and experience required for the Partnership Manager role:

  • Significant international supplier management leadership experience, including experience in the airport economy sector
  • Experience in a similar environment including Travel
  • Track record of delivering global programmes, cross border projects and P&L delivery
  • Proven experience in producing new ideas, approaches and insights
  • Produce development experience

To be successful the Partnership Manager will need to:

  • Have strong commercial awareness
  • Be results focused
  • Be planned and methodical - able deliver to tight deadlines
  • Have the ability to persuade and influence at a senior level
  • Posses strong commercial acumen and negotiating skills
  • Be highly numerate with sound analytical skills
  • Be a strong networker and communicator
  • Be an experienced leader within an international environment
