Exciting opportunities are now available with an international airline who we are now recruiting for Passenger Service Agents at Heathrow Airport.
As a Passenger Service Agent you will be responsible for making sure both passengers and their luggage safely board the aircraft whilst performing unparalleled customer service.
Passenger Service Agents will be carrying out the following duties:
*Greet passengers with a warm welcome.
*Carry out passenger service duties for both arrivals and departures.
*Check-in of passengers including security and document checks
*Covering ticket desk, collecting monies, booking and amending itineraries and handling general ticket enquiries.
*Liaising with special services and arranging meet & greet for VIP's
*Departure flight preparation and seating plans
*Arrival flight preparation and gate reconciliation handling
*Hosting and supervising on the check-in facility
*Other airline and airport related duties as required
*Agents must be fluent in both English and Japanese language (Read, Write and Speak)
*A forward thinking approach to customer service
*Computer literate with the ability to learn systems and processes to a high standard.
*Candidates must come with experience within a customer facing role.
HOURS OF WORK:
You will be expected to be flexible in your working availability.
Shifts operate including early mornings & late evenings over 7 days a week, 365 days of the year.
A normal working week will be 37.5 hours but you must have the ability to start at 5am or finish at 10pm onwards.
The average salary package on offer is between £22,000 to £27,000 depending on experience and expertise. This includes base salary and London weighting and shift allowances. Plus other staff benefits including 24 days plus bank holidays starting annual leave increasing with service along with travel discounts and private medical and pension after probation.
