Personal Assistant (PA) to MD - Travel Sector, up to £27k, London

Our client is a leading luxury tour operator located in London. They are looking for a Personal Assistant who has experience in running a vibrant and fast paced office along with coordinating a busy MD’s diary.


The responsibilities of the Personal Assistant are as follows:

  • Provide an administrative support to the Managing Director
  • Arrange meetings, seminars, presentations and briefings
  • General office management
  • Project Management within other departments
  • Be a point of contact for external support agencies

The skills required for the Personal Assistant are:

  • At least 2 years’ experience working as a PA/Office Manager
  • Have a ‘can do’ attitude
  • Able to multi task and work quickly and efficiently
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • French language is preferable but not essential
  • Ideally have some travel experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills are essential

This is an excellent opportunity to move into the Travel sector and build on existing administrative skills.
