As a member of the Partner Service Hub you will be responsible for the retention and growth of a valuable existing base of preferred partners and other key agent accounts, making sure their needs are met every step of the way. You will be expected to meet conversion and sales targets through building meaningful relationships with your agents and delivering exceptional service when booking holidays. You are empowered to surprise and delight your agent partners and their customers through access to a 'wow' budget. Networking is a feature in the role - you might occasionally be expected to attend functions out of traditional office hours or entertain important agent accounts. You will need to maintain regular links with Partners and preferred agents, to gather feedback and ensure their current needs are being met by Kuoni.
