A Pre-Departure Travel Advisor is wanted by a leading luxury tour operator to provide an exceptional post-booking customer service to various travel clients thus ensuring that all requirements are fulfilled accurately, efficiently and within the pre-determined timeframes.  The successful candidate will have a flair for customer service as well as strong administration skills.

The key responsibilities for Pre-Departure Travel Advisor are:

  • Meet & exceed all customer service related SLA’s
  • Complete assigned tasks efficiently and accurately within the given deadline
  • Respond to phone and email enquiry within given timeframes
  • Track all communications via the company CRM 

The key skills required for Pre-Departure Travel Advisor are:

  • Track record in a customer service orientated environment
  • Strong organisational skills & excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and to set deadlines
  • Clear verbal and written communicator with a high standard of English grammar and spelling
  • Be a natural relationship builder
  • Travel and Tourism qualification would be an advantage
  • Be flexible to travel overseas when required
