This well know travel company are currently recruiting for Customer Service Executives to deal with pre-departure queries and amendments. Paying £20K increasing to £22K after 6 months, based in Colchester.
Pre-Departure Customer Service Executive - Responsibilities:
- Dealing with inbound calls from customers
- Making amendments to customer bookings
- Answering any customer queries
- Chasing tickets
Pre-Departure Customer Service Executive - Skills Required:
- Previous experience within travel
- Experience within a call centre corresponding with customers
- Excellent telephone manner.
- Paying £20K increasing to £22K after 6 months
- Based in Colchester
- Working Mon - Fri 08.45 - 17.30/ 09.15 - 18.00 and 1/3 Sat
