Product and Operations Executive required for a very successful travel business. 24-26K. In this role you will source, develop and operate a specific category of the company's product portfolio. A good opportunity for an Operations Executive looking for more responsibility.

Product and Operations Executive Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage up-coming tours
  • Manage passenger data with accuracy
  • Carry our research for new ideas for the product and assist in its growth and development
  • Take responsibility for all post-sale operational issues and help in the resolution of complaints
  • Creation of invoices for suppliers

Product and Operations Executive Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in Tour Operations, ideally within operations
  • Meticulous eye for detail
  • Creative
  • Good competency using Microsoft Office
  • Good writing skills for the proofing and development of customer literature
  • Confidence communicating with customers and suppliers

Product and Operations Executive Additional Information:

  • Salary 24-26K
