Product Coordinator – Luxury Travel Hotels - £21k – Central London

Product Coodinator, you will be working for a well known travel brand and award winning luxury travel company.  The Product Coordinator is required to assist and support the day to day running of the Travel Product & Commercial team on significantly increase travel revenues.  The role is within a vibrant department and is a perfect introductory role for anyone wanting to start work within a product role.

As Travel Product Co-ordinator you will :

  • Analyse current travel market trends
  • Ensure all travel special offers are promoted correctly in the market
  • Achieve a good working relationship with suppliers, sales and marketing teams
  • Attend supplier meetings as required and to prepare agendas and circulate minutes for meetings attended.
  • Compile, sort and verify the accuracy of data before uploading it into a variety of internal systems
  • Audit travel partner websites ensuring products being promoted are factually correct.
  • Liaise with the internal and external departments to advertise on and offline, Banner advertising, e-blasts to databases
  • Manage all aspects of Industry Staff Travel for Tour Operators
  • To ensure the Company is at the front of mind with all UK Travel suppliers through training/brochure distribution and incentives
  • Source and book hospitality event venues
  • Assist in hosting hospitality events/educational trips and product awareness visits
  • Gathering information and implementing the monthly product newsletter
  • To engage and understand pricing/market conditions in the UK and Europe

 

The successful Product Coordinator will have a strong background and understanding of the travel industry, with excellent time management, communication and presentation skills as well as a strong attention to detail.  This Product Coordinator role is an excellent opportunity for an experience travel professional looking to develop their career with a highly respected luxury travel brand.  Great opportunity for overseas travel.
