Product Coordinator - I am looking for a Product Coordinator for a well know tour operator based in Central London who has strong worldwide knowledge along with experience with working back office and good administrative skills. In this position you will be working with the Product Managers as well as being part of the Product Support team. They will pay up to 25k plus benefits!


Product Coordinator, Key Responsibilities:

  • Working with the Product Managers on tour contracts (air and land), tour costings, brochure presentation and proofing, images, tour quality, passenger itinerary templates and allocations
  • Assisting accounts with costing queries.
  • You will work closely with other departments to facilitate sales, aid booking processes and provide product knowledge.
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude to other members of the team and across the company
  • Able to work well under pressure and as part of a team
  • Liaise with the Sales team and Customers as required to secure bookings
  • A professional and friendly manner. Approachable to both colleagues and customers
  • A high standard of verbal and written communication skills


Product Coordinator, Skills Required:

  • Strong organisational skills, self-motivated and good at planning and organising own time
    without supervision, whilst able to meet deadlines and targets
  • Numerate with good data entry skills, a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of touring and cruises
  • Well-travelled including relevant countries
  • Interest in Culture and Nature


Additional Information:
