Travel Product Exec, working for an established, Luxury Travel Company in based in Bristol. Are you an organised individual who can prioritise your workload and work well under pressure? Working closely with Product Managers to ensure orderly and efficient storing of incoming product information and dispatch to internal staff

Attend supplier training, presentations and events to develop knowledge of the luxury travel market and products and create own relationships with the hotels

Assist in covering Product Managers when on annual leave

Regular contribution of knowledge & inspiration

Operations & Processes

Support PM in creating engagement/understanding within the business of new and commercially attractive itineraries/tours

Own and Update the processes, always looking for better ways to work within product department, including automation where applicable.

Complete online training programmes to enhance personal product knowledge

Sales

Carrying out an ambassadorial role between product and sales - specifically regularly gaining feedback and engaging sales in motivational ways on product directives eg incentives, directional sell goals, training etc.

Support PM with putting together Fam Trip itineraries

Essential Skills
Excellent attention to detail in all areas of the role
Confident verbal and written communication - demonstrating energy, enthusiasm and passion
Excellent numeracy
Trouble shooter - solution focused decision maker
High level of personal organisation and prioritisation of work
Good Microsoft Word & Excel and Amadeus skills
Represent the values of our business as key outward facing person
Good sales skills and particularly excellent at building rapport

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
The successful candidate will have Travel Industry experience, have excellent attention detail and work well under pressure.
