Product Executive – up to £25k – West London

 

Product Executive is required by a leading luxury travel company who are responsible for some of the chicest brands in the travel industry.  The Product Executive is required to assist and support the day to day running of the Product & Commercial team on significantly increase trading revenues from the UK and Europe. The role is within a very busy and vibrant department and is a perfect introductory role for anyone wanting to start work within a product management role.

  • Compile, sort and verify the accuracy of data before uploading it into a variety of internal systems.
  • Competitor analysis ensuring all our special offers are promoted correctly in the market.
  • Assist Product Manager in analysing the current market trends
  • Manage the audit of Tour Operator websites
  • Manage the audit websites to make sure the very latest special offers and resorts are being promoted fully and accurately.
  • Manage air stock and allocation via our 3rd party partner
  • Liaise with the both internal departments and external suppliers with regards to advertising both on and offline, Banner advertising, e-blasts to databases.
  • To ensure our client is front of mind with all UK Tour Operators through training, implementing incentives and co-hosting networking events.
  • Train Tour Operators and specialist departments on the Groups and MICE markets.
  • Achieve a good working relationship with suppliers, sales and marketing teams
  • Attend supplier meetings as required and to prepare agendas and circulate minutes for meetings attended.
  • Communicate effectively to all departments internally with product developments.
  • Assist in hosting hospitality events/educational trips and product awareness visits.
  • Gather information and implement the monthly product newsletter.
  • Engage and understand pricing/market conditions in the UK and Europe.

 

The successful Product Executive must have 3 years Travel industry experience, have excellent time management and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. The Product Executive must have great attention to detail, be proficient in Microsoft and able to work weekend are travel overseas when required.  Knowledge of GDS is an advantageous.
