Product Executive - Required for this expanding tour operator based in South East London. They are looking for an experience product executive from the travel industry and will pay between 25/28k + benefits.

Product Executives duties
-Identify, develop and maintain relationships with destination marketing organisations, to ensure the company is included in consideration for Marketing Support, fam trips and press releases.
-Negotiate the best rates, special offers, commercial terms and marketing support for hotel relationships held by the company to ensure a market leading position is maintained.
-Carry out 'contracting level' competitor analysis to ensure best commercial terms are achieved to consistently improve our competitive position.
-Prepare and maintain appropriate contractual agreements in a timely, comprehensive and accurate manner.
-Ensure all marketing activity is supported with suitable products and offers, communicate with relevant departments to ensure that deadlines are met from a Product perspective.
-Represent the companies brands at appropriate trade shows, fam trips and supplier meetings; to include comprehensive preparation, prompt follow-up and training with relevant to teams on return.
-Ongoing preparation, interpretation and controlled distribution of supplier production statistics. Using data as the basis to negotiate improved commercial terms and marketing support.
-Oversee brochure production process from a Product perspective.
- Review hotel offers and rates to gain an understanding of optimal price points and/or added values that should be targeted in order to deliver the best results.
-Support fam trip planning, procurement of partner support and attendance for both Caribbean and North America.
-Support and coordinate product training
-Deputise for the Product Manager in their absence.

Product executives skills required
-Previous product executive experience from the travel industry
-Good hotel, airline, ground handling and destination led negotiation experience
-Strong organisational skills and ability to work under pressure
-Flexibility in approach to workload, team player
-Thorough, accurate with good eye for detail
-Strong communication skills both written and verbal
-North America, Caribbean and Mexico product knowledge
