Our client specialises in Worldwide Tailor-made Holidays to destinations such as Africa, Europe, Australasia, North and South America and the Middle East.
They are seeking someone to join their account management team as a product implementation support consultant. You will provide support to clients for the online booking tools and travel software offered by the company.
You will have a high level of client service skills, as well as a working knowledge of online booking tools.
· Implement products and services to help support the client’s needs
· Provide ongoing support of these implementations
· Picking up relevant calls and emails from the Help Desk and completing them in a sufficient time
· Run training and demonstration sessions as and when required for contractors and clients
· 1 year minimum Concur experience
· Sabre knowledge
