We are seeking to recruit for a Product Loading Manager asap who will manage a small team of product loaders.
THE JOB: This role holds the responsibility for the supply and load functions relating to their global touring products. You will manage a team based in the London office directly overseeing the supply management and product loading. Managing day to day issues relating to bookings, reservations, contract and service loading. You will also provide strategic direction to other global offices. The role requires excellent planning, superb attention to detail and clear communication skills. Ensuring that all product is loaded into the Travel Studio system correctly. Recruitment, training and ongoing development of the team. Managing workflows.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Good leadership and team management skills. + 2 years experience within a tour operator product load team. High level of experience with Travel Studio systems. Strong knowledge of data processing operations and software.
OTHER USEFUL INFORMATION: Working full time, Monday to Friday, within office hours in West London. There is also a requirement to answer phone calls outside of hours when manning the 24 hour product ops phone..
THE PACKAGE: There will be a competitive annual salary of up to £ 40,000 per annum plus a company benefits package which will be discussed at interview stage.
