Product Manager (Asia) is required for a company that have an outstanding reputation for the luxury travel product they offer to some of the world’s most exotic destinations.  As Product Manager (Asia) you will be passionate about travel for a range of luxury retreats and cultural tours that cater to a discerning travel demographic, whilst continuing to push the boundaries of the company’s vision of luxury chic travel

As Product Manager (Asia) you will:

  • Lead the Asia product programme, driving the product forward to achieve strategic and personal goals
  • Be accountable for the overall profitability of product, sales growth and operating profit
  • Produce accurate and inspiring brochure / web text for all tours and ensure that the most appropriate product is on sale at the optimum price at all times
  • Have a close understanding of the competitive environment
  • Have ownership of operational supplier relationships to achieve strong relationships
  • Ensure all products adhere to stringent guidelines on quality, safety and responsible travel
  • Provide product information required to maximise customer satisfaction and sales – including up to date planning sheets, updating the Product Database, sales focussed text & images for web, brochures, tour notes, 3rd party websites, one-off campaigns, PR releases & training material etc.

The successful Product Manager (Asia) will be natural leader, who is both an independent thinker and a team player with a passion for luxury in the South East Asia & The Far East.  Youwill be able to demonstrate a record of managing and developing a programme whilst adhering to tight deadlines and under pressure and be able to communicate effectively at all levels showing an ability to construct logical, credible and winning arguments that will persuade decision makers (internal and external). You will be comfortable taking responsibility to challenge current processes and participate in designing and delivering strategic growth, whilst being able quickly and decisively react to changing market conditions to continually drive towards achieving and then exceeding company and personal targets.   This role is an excellent opportunity to work for a leading company, taking wider strategic responsibilty, helping further successful growth.
