Our Client is looking for a Butchery assistant who can also help in the packhouse to work 7am-5pm Monday - Thursday. And 7am-12pm on a Friday A degree of flexibility is needed for these hours as occasional extra weekends may be required to meet the needs of the business.
Butchery duties include: Making meat products Using machinery Keeping a tidy working environment Adhering to all health and safety Following all standard recipes Working in cool temperature environments
The applicants should have food manufacturing experience and have the desire to be part of a team.
