Our client is a high end, dynamic and well established corporate and leisure travel company, now seeking an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their busy and friendly team due to success and expansion. They offer, events, VIP and bespoke leisure travel to private and executive clients across the globe.

Your career begins here, duties include:

  • Matching and checking supplier invoices
  • Bank reconcile all Dolphin related transaction.
  • Produce weekly/fortnightly accounts export from Dolphin
  • Chase hotel commissions
  • Produce/issue reports from Dolphin
  • Making payments via Bacs
  • Setting up new supplier accounts and maintaining existing account details
  • Reconciliation of supplier statements
  • Filing invoices
  • Managing petty cash
  • Maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers
  • Carry out credit checks on new clients.

Essential Experience:

  • Purchase ledger experience within the travel industry is essential
  • Must have knowledge of software packages such as Dolphin and Sage
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Experienced in Excel and Microsoft Office packages
