Jubilee are recruiting for a Reception Manager to oversee all aspects of reservations and reception. Our client is a luxury four star Hotel set in some of Birmingham's most splendid surroundings, making it an ideal venue for Weddings and events.
Due to the location, it is essential that you drive!
As Reception Manager you will be required to:
Ensure all reception team members are trained to the company core standards
To assist the Revenue Manager to maintain and grow the probability of the hotel.
To ensure that the department operates efficiently according to the business demands and delivers exceptional service to its guests.
The ideal Reception Manager candidates will:
The ideal candidate will have held this position in a similar environment however an experienced supervisor will be considered.
Organised, systematic with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A natural drive for exceeding customer expectation.
