The successful candidate will be working as part of the wider reception team at my client hotel based in Worcester.
You will be dealing with bookings, enquiries, customer complaints so experience in a customer facing environment is desired. Full training on my clients system will be given however previous use of E-Tips systems would be an advantage.
This is an exciting role with a leading brand in the hospitality marketplace.
You will be on a monthly rota which will include early, mid and late shifts
