Office Angels have an exciting opportunity to join a family run hotel in the centre of Kirkcaldy as Head Receptionist. You will be required to manage the day to day running of the reception, along with training in other areas to enable progression within the business.
* Meeting and Greeting all guests * Dealing with all hotel/restaurant reservations and cancellations * Delivering a high level of customer service at all times * Ensuring all accounts are up to date on hotel system * Daily office admin tasks, i.e. filing & email correspondence * Managing petty cash * Reporting all maintenance work to be carried off for repairs and breakages * Involved in training all new starts on Health and Fire Safety procedures * Ensuring reception housekeeping is to high standards at all times * Standard data entry into Sage
* MUST HAVE Front of house experience preferably within a hotel environment * Experience dealing with a busy switchboard whilst maintaining a high level of customer service * Friendly and welcoming manner * Able to work unsupervised at all times * Excellent telephone manner * Experience working with Sage
Hours will be on a weekly alternating shift pattern 5 days per week. Shifts are 7am - 3pm and 3pm - 10pm.
