Select Appointments have an exciting opportunity for a friendly and confident individual as a hotel receptionist. Our client is looking for the right candidate to join them and work alongside their current front of house team at a busy 4 star hotel in Glasgow City Centre. The successful candidate should be confident with all aspects and responsibilities associated with a hotel reception as well as being able to assist with other departments should the need arise. A bright and bubbly personality is essential due to being the first point of contact for guests upon their arrival and through out their stay. Duties will include ensuring that guests are efficiently processed during check in/out and that the correct procedures are followed, receiving guest feedback and making sure that this is passed on to the correct department, dealing with guest enquiries and ensuring guest satisfaction is at the forefront of everything you do.
