The purpose of the Receptionist role is to deliver friendly customer service and to create a welcoming atmosphere for all of our customers with the aim of retaining and attracting new customers. Operations Ensure the reception area desk is manned at all times.Administer all bookings and cancelations in line with the company policy.Deal with all enquires in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on the telephone or via e-mailKeep on top of all league games each day i.e. any teams that postpone, or cancel, or need a player and implement actions to address changes as requiredMaintain up to date knowledge of current promotions and centre pricing, to provide information to the customers on request.Keep the reception area clean and tidy at all timesReport any maintenance issues immediately to maintenance manager, including all furniture, fittings and equipment Understand the risks when handling customer information and be aware of the policies that apply to this role ensuring compliance with them at all times. Customer Deliver 'World Class' customer service at all timesMeeting and greeting customers with a friendly and polite mannerDeal with all enquiries in a professional and polite manner, in person, on the telephone or via e-mailFulfil all reasonable requests from customers to ensure their comfort, satisfaction and safetyDeal with challenging customers by demonstrating empathy and understanding even in the most difficult situationsReceive customer feedback in a calm, patient and polite manner, escalating any issues to Line Manager People Share your knowledge with the team.Be involved and actively contribute at team meetingsBuild and maintain good relationships with all team membersBe willing to take on jobs to balance the team workload Finance / Sales Keep up to date with current promotions and pricing, to provide information to customers, on request, and maximising sales opportunitie Essential Proven customer service skillsProven Administration skillsWell organisedFriendly and PoliteEfficientAdaptable and versatileGood written and verbal skillsGood interpersonal and social skillsSelf-motivated
