Salary: £10.01 per hour

Our Client is a family owned; award winning Hotel based on Lake Windermere region.

Due to increased business we are looking for Reception/Reservationist to join their small team.

Great customer service is at the heart of what they do with many guests returning year after year.

The position will require:

• Successful candidates to act as central reservations to all properties (3).
• Meet and greet guests in a warm and friendly manner.
• Take bookings and process reservations.
• Correspond with guests, via email, telephone, and face to face.
• Cash Handling and Daily Banking.
• Log and Report maintenance issues.
• Undertake work in other areas of the business if required.


The Ideal Candidate will:

• Be reliable, energetic and friendly.
• Have previous customer service experience.
• Have a high standard of attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Be a team player willing to use their own initiative.
• Previous training in Opera system is an advantage, but not essential as full training will be provided.


Benefits include:

• Christmas day off with the property closing for 5 days over the festive period.
• Meals on Duty
• Uniform Provided
• Biannual Share of Tips
