Responsibilities:
- Meeting and greeting clients and guests.
- Booking meetings.
- Arranging couriers.
- Ensuring reception area is kept clean and tidy and maintaining a high level of personal presentation.
- Answering and forwarding phone calls.
- Delivering excellent customer service at all times.
- Dealing with all enquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on the telephone or via email.
- Administer all reservations, cancellations and no-shows, in line with company policy.
- Keep up to date with current promotions and pricing to ensure accurate information is provided to guests on request, while maximising sales opportunities.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar style of Hotel, ideally 3 star or above.
- The ability to carry out tasks quickly.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- The ability to work on your own and use your initiative.
- Excellent time keeping and attendance.
- A positive and professional manner.
- An eye for detail.

Salary & Benefits:
- 16,500 Per Annum
