Our client is a well know Hospitality Company located in the West London. They are looking for a Receptionist with a proven track record of excellent customer service and communication skills. Previous experience in Hotels or relevant industry, and ability to work under high pressure and professional manner are essential. Our ideal candidate has a genuine interest in people and is good at remembering regulars, recognising prominent customers and delivering charming, personal service without being familiar. It helps if you are a happy, outgoing person who will fit well into our team. The main duties will include but are not limited to: The welcoming of guests/visitors to the building -Check In and Out of guests The main point of contact for any visitor/guest or employee for the organisation Taking care of external and internal calls professionally - Allocation of meeting rooms and facilities of building The client is looking for the following attributes: Immaculate presentation at all times Excellent communication skills both written and verbally A keen eye for detail A welcoming manner and an understanding of what good customer service looks like A team player will to go the extra mile The position would suit a career receptionist from a Four/Five Star Hotel looking for a different environment.
