Reservations Manager - £45k plus bonus & benefits - London
A Reservations Manager is required to join a dynamic and entrepreneurial company due to continual structural growth and success. As Reservations Manager within an effervescent office environment you will be responsible for the daily management within the contact call centre, helping to hit personal and group targets, whilst also providing excellent sales and product training.
As the Reservations Manager you will:
The ideal Reservations Manager will have 3+ years’ experience within contact centre sales management and a minimum of 5 years’ experience within the tele-sales industry. As Reservations Manager you will have significant experience working in customer and target focused environments, highly commercially aware leader and self-starter, with good numeracy skills and the ability to motivate a team in high pressured situations and manage change effectively.
