A luxury Reservations Manager is required by one of the UK’s premier luxury tour operators, recognised as one of the best employers in the UK.  As Reservations Manager you will be leading a team at a company where excellence, achievement, and success are fostered through comprehensive staff training, a leading luxury product coupled with a desire to provide excellent service through the entire customer journey and to be the best.

The Reservations Manager will:

  • Maximise the sales of a team of country specialist
  • Create a motivational and competitive team environment
  • Set targets and expectations for team members
  • Provide one-to-ones on a regular basis with team members
  • Recruit a team of talented individuals
  • Ensure all processes are followed to maximse margins
  • Mange resources effectively to handle enquiry volumes
  • Actively develop all members of the team to deliver beyond expectation
  • Ensure customer service goes the extra mile
  • Help respond to customer feedback where necessary and resolve complaints

The successful Reservations Manager will have a proven track record of consistent strong sales and high customer service, and will have a real passion for travel and a strong appreciation for people, places and culture.  The Reservations Manager will have a positive, energetic personality and have a strong desire to get things right all the time.  You will be able to multi-task and be able to pro-actively work to goals and targets.  The successful candidate will have a strong background in travel sales, and preferably have experience of dealing with a luxury product.
