THIS SITE ALEADY HAS A GENERAL MANAGER, SO WE ARE NOT LOOKING FOR A BACK OFFICE MANAGER!Our client, a stylish high-quality independent restaurant and events venue situated in Greater Manchester, is looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager with Events Management experience to run their lively specialist cuisine operation. This operation appeals to all clientele with a busy evening trade for their extraordinary dishes made from high quality produce and their very own selection homemade mouth-watering products also sold in-house (so that you can take the experience home). With its amazing, quirky and chic interiors, diners can enjoy their full experience in true style. This role is ideal for bubbly, hands on and experienced Restaurant Managers who also have a strong passion for high volume and fresh food. As they are pushing on the events side of the business, there may be some elements of events in this role. Above all, personality and passion are key for this role! Required Experience * Fantastic personality and charisma and a real presence as a Restaurant Manager for the operation * Previous hands-on experience as a Restaurant Manager of a fresh food high volume restaurant operation * Strong fresh food experience * A real self-starter, motivated and keen to get stuck into the role * Innovative with the ability to train and develop the team * Passionate and knowledgeable about fresh locally-sourced produce and fine wines * The ability to motivate other people to provide the highest standards of service * Personable with the ability to communicate with customers at all levels * Great eye for detail The starting salary for this role is up to 25,000 dependant on experience.
