General Manager - Independent Restaurant - Tower Bridge - 60k Package A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a General Manager to join this amazing Restaurant which serves some of London's most amazing steaks and burgers. The Restaurant is proud to serve succulent steaks and beautiful burgers, simply presented and packed with flavour. It's a busy restaurant serving brunch, lunch and dinner. As the General Manager you will oversee the general running of the restaurant and team. You will need to have creative flair and create an environment of food that keeps customers back for more. You will oversee the day to day preparation and planning of the restaurant and team for service, this is a role for a hands on General Manager. The ideal candidate will from a similar venue or a quality fine dining restaurant that delivers high volume whilst maintaining high standards. Essential skills required are management skills, staff development, costings and all paper work associated with running a professional restaurant. You will be a good motivator and a great leader passing on skills and knowledge to junior members of the team.
