The role of Junior Sous chef will allow you to explore and experiment with your skills and knowledge of food and flavour. You will be working with a dedicated and passionate brigade of chefs to continue to deliver and create the best dishes possible. You should have the ability to assist the head chef as well as impart your knowledge and experience onto more junior kitchen team.
Other key characteristics:
* Have the drive to progress and advance your career * Ability to train and develop junior kitchen team members * Experience in restaurants and fine dining * Have experience as a Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef for 2 years minimum * Experience and passion for working with fresh food and cooking from scratch
